The third meeting of the heads of international Persian language teaching centers was held at Guilan University.

This specialized meeting took place on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, with the attendance of heads of Persian language teaching centers from universities across the country. Participants exchanged views on issues related to advancements in Persian language teaching centers by presenting reports on progress in educational activities, as well as attracting and accepting foreign students in the field of Persian language and literature.

In light of the third meeting of the heads of international Persian language teaching centers being held at Gilan University, Dr. Mohammad Baqer Nobakht, the head of the Planning and Budget Organization, announced that a significant portion of the funding for Persian language teaching chairs abroad will be provided by the end of this month.

Dr. Nobakht emphasized that strengthening and developing Persian language teaching centers for non-Persian speakers provides a foundation for promoting Iranian-Islamic culture and familiarizing other countries in the world with the rich values of the Persian language.
